Lesson Plan Training (Day 4)

Yesterday was so awesome, i got new knowledge and also new way of teaching.
Today i also have a training about lesson plan in CRPAO School.Around 08.30 a.m we started the training and the teachers prepare all of stuff.
In the lesson plan, they use 1 semester --> 1 subject --> ...units --> ... topics --> ... periods --> Lesson Plan . The units and topics are depend on the teacher.
In the lesson plan, they have 4 step. Do Now, Purpose , Work Mode, and Reflective Thinking.
I'll give you some information about this 4 step.
First,Do Now. Do Now is to motivated students and get attention from them with give them a question something or question about situation . Do now can also about General Question and Purposing Question. Do Now can also use media, use game, or make students remember again about what they have learned in last periods.
Second, Purpose. The purpose should related to standars/outcome and you can tell the students about the purpose around 1 or 2 minutes.
Third, Work Mode. Work Mode is about learning activity and you can do it around 40 minutes. But at 40 minutes , you can2 only talk 15 minutes not more than that. You also can use media such us white board, power point, paper, or so on. In work mode you should include Thinking tools and use your learning strategy like use game.
Forth. Reflective Thinking. This is to reviewing of the lessin activities. The teacher can use question, exams, or a short activity for review the topic withthe students and not over 10 minutes.
Ok guys, it is a little bit information about what i have learned in my school. I would love to share more and more about my activity here.
Oh for my activity in the evening, i just stay at my dorm and not doing anyting sounds bored but i enjoy it. At 5 or 6 p.m i walked around 5-10 km to bought some food and take it to my dorm.

Sometimes, it makes me feel missing home because i can eat what i want everyday and use my motorcycle to go everywhere i want. But here, it is so hard for me i need to walk away just to eat. But i have learned to care more for food and dont ever waste my time. Yeah, i learned anything here.
You know what, at night i go alone to Central Plaza to meet Disya my friend from UNLAM hahahah
